A few days ago, I stumbled upon a brief biography of Charles Mortimer, the General Foods executive who is largely credited with spearheading the concept of convenience foods.
Convenience is an interesting concept. On the one hand, it opens so many possibilities for how we choose to spend our time. On the other, it feels like it reshapes our thinking and distorts our expectations.
