We at Good Clean Love are unabashed romantasy devotees, but we also just love books.  Reading comes up constantly in weekly meetings, it's sparked more than a few heated debates, and our team has very strong opinions across all genres.

So we put them to good use. Here's a handpicked list of favorites from our marketing and leadership team to help you find your next great read:

Angela, Social Media Manager: A Touch of Darkness by Scarlett St. Clair - A goddess of spring who can't grow anything moves to modern-day New Athens, only to strike a dangerous bargain with Hades himself. What starts as an impossible contract quickly becomes something neither of them planned for.

Ashley, E-Commerce Lead: Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas - The world's most feared assassin is pulled from a brutal slave camp and given one shot at freedom: win a deadly competition at the king's palace against 23 killers and thieves, all while navigating her growing feelings for both the charming crown prince and the brooding captain of the guard who trains her.

Brenda, CEO: Heated Rivalry by Rachel Reid: What happens when your biggest rival is also the person you can't stop falling for? For two NHL superstars on opposite teams, keeping their decade-long secret has gotten a lot harder than beating each other on the ice.

Bruno, Director of Brand Design: The Son of a Thousand Men (O Filho de Mil Homens) by Valter Hugo Mãe - A story about Crisóstomo, a lonely fisherman who longs for a family, as he gathers together a group of outcasts and builds an unconventional, deeply human community bound by love, acceptance, and chosen belonging.

Emma, Brand Manager: Alchemy of Secrets by Stephanie Garber - A folklore grad student in Los Angeles discovers the urban legends she's been studying are very, very real . . .and now she has 24 hours to find a mythical artifact or die, all while navigating two dangerously mysterious men she's not sure she can trust.

Padmini, Senior Director of Marketing: Call Me By Your Name by Andre Aciman: The book follows Elio, a teenager in 1980s Italy, who develops an intense, transformative romance with Oliver, a visiting scholar. Their relationship explores desire, identity, and the lingering impact of first love.

Wendy, Founder: The Bear and The Nightingale by Katherine Arden - Vasya, a girl in medieval Russia, can see spirits. She defies social expectations to protect her village from dark forces, while building a connection with the mysterious Winter King.

Clearly, we’re all familiar with a good love story. But you know what’s even better than fantasy? The real thing. That’s why we made the Better Than Fiction Set. Set the mood with our massage candle trio pack and our Love Oil sampler to explore. Write your own chapter with Naked Coconut, a silky lubricant that keeps things smooth from start to finish.
