Not For Me

"My doctor's recommended this as part of my protocol to prepare for my FET. I am sure this product is great for others but my body is having a negative reaction - developing yeast symptoms. So I am going to stop and allow my microbiome to reset naturally. I am not sure what ingredient may be causing the reaction, so I will use an oral probiotic instead. The suppository is in capsule form, small, easy to insert by finger and comes with an applicator. I use gloves and my finger because I find the applicators to usually be a hassle to clean as well as I would like to. Price is great."

Can I have sex the next day after using this?
You should be able to have sex the following day after using the suppository—the capsule has likely dissolved by then.
