Subscription orders come at a specially discounted price and qualify for complimentary ground shipping on US orders over $35. Start your subscription by selecting which products you’d like to receive and how often you’d like to receive then. Your subscription order will auto-deliver to your home address. You can modify or edit your order details, including adding or subtracting products at any time within your customer account.
We also send reminder emails of your upcoming order a few days before it ships.

In your Customer Account, at the top of the menu, click Upcoming Orders. Click Skip, then Skip This Order. Your current shipment will be skipped and scheduled to ship on following scheduled date.

Your subscription will automatically ship based on the date you initiated it and your chosen delivery frequency. We'll send you an email reminder 7 days before your order is scheduled to process, allowing you time to make any necessary adjustments. To view your next order date, simply log in to
your Customer Account to see your subscriptions. Any modifications to your subscription, such as updating your address, skipping an order, or canceling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Once subscription orders have renewed and processed, they cannot be edited or canceled.

You can set your subscription to renew every 2, 4, or 8 weeks. Your subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription, and your order will automatically be processed and shipped accordingly.

For U.S. orders, we offer economy shipping for $3.95 USD. All U.S. orders over $35 qualify for free economy shipping.

For international orders, shipping is currently only available for orders going to Canada. The cost of shipping your order and days until delivery will vary depending on your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout.

Discount codes are not applicable to subscription orders, since subscriptions are already at a discounted price.

My Account

In your Customer Account, at the top of the menu, click Subscriptions. Click on the product you wish to cancel, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Subscription. Repeat this process for each subscription item you wish to cancel.

Once a customer order is submitted, it is immediately forwarded to our
fulfillment centers for processing, ensuring your order is shipped as soon as possible. Once the order reaches our fulfillment center, it becomes inaccessible for editing or cancellation. Although your order status may display as unfulfilled, it is too late in the fulfillment process for modifications to be made.
You have a couple options. First you can skip your next order to make up
for the one you received. Or, if you would like to return your unopened
order once you’ve received it, please contact us for the return process.

In your Customer Account, at the top of the menu, click Payment Methods. Click Edit Payment Method. Click Send Update Email to receive an email to update your payment method.

In your Customer Account, at the top of the menu, click Shipping. Select the drop-down arrow, then Edit Shipping Address. A new form will open up. Once you’ve entered your new shipping address, click Edit Shipping Address and you’re all set.
