Everything you may have ever believed about love and how it lives in you may well be incomplete. Recent research by positive emotion expert, Barbara Fredrickson, author of Love 2.0 calls Love our supreme emotion and demonstrates in her research that every true connection we make, even with strangers widens and expands our experience of love in the world and in our own hearts. In fact, it is our capacity for love, above optimism and happiness that holds the key to measurable improvements in our health and longevity. Love is where our positivity most deeply resonates in us.
